Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal consequences arising from your use of the store's online services via this electronic platform. Any person's use of the store, whether as a consumer of the store's service or product, constitutes their full legal and regulatory approval and acceptance of all the provisions of this agreement, and is fully legally and legally competent to comply with its rules and regulations. This agreement is effective and enforceable upon your acceptance of it and commencement of registration with the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One - Introduction and Definitions:
The above introduction is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below, you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement:
1- (Store) This definition includes all forms of online stores, whether an electronic application, a website, or a store.
2- (Consumer) The person who engages in e-commerce seeking to obtain products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3- (Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity:
1- The consumer acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law to deal with the store, or that he or she is at least eighteen years old.
2- The consumer agrees that if he or she violates this article, he or she will bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.
Article Three - Nature of Obligation:
1- The store's obligation to consumers is to provide the service or product.
2- The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.
Article Four - Terms of Use:
1- The consumer is obligated to use the store's electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer is obligated not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to join this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a confidential password to be used when accessing the store's services. By doing so, you agree to:
1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify this store of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. The store will not be liable in any way for any loss you may incur, directly or indirectly, morally or financially, as a result of the disclosure of your username or password.
3. You agree to use your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this shall be deemed to be evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. When using the store, you agree to use it with all seriousness and credibility.
5. You agree to provide true, correct, current, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and you agree to update your information if it changes or if necessary.
6- Our store is committed to treating your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.
7- If the store determines that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the User Agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform, without prejudice to the store's other rights and legitimate means of reclaiming its rights and protecting other consumers.
8- In the event of failure to comply with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing the store's services again.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be conducted via the email address registered on the platform.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall be equivalent to their written counterparts and shall be considered as evidence in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
3- The consumer agrees to be contacted and informed of any provisions pertaining to this agreement or dealings with him by the store management sending general messages to all consumers or to specific store users.
Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
1- If any provision or clause contained in this agreement is cancelled, or if any provision or clause contained in this agreement is no longer valid, such a decision shall not invalidate the remaining provisions, clauses, rules, and provisions contained in this agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice.
